Guidelines to Landscapers and Interior Designers.

Thank you for choosing Nielsen’s. We are happy to be able to support local interior designers and landscape contractors.

We are aware that not everyone that has a professional account may be familiar with what this entitles them to.

These business accounts may be used for resale use only and cannot be used for personal use.

All trades accounts must be paid at the time of purchase with a valid credit card

and include the client’s name or person making the purchase on every order.

All trades people with a valid Tax Id certificate on file receive a 20% discount on items purchased in the store at Nielsen’s.

The 20% discount does not apply to items that involve labor, delivery or consultation from any Nielsen’s staff.

Only items purchased in the store and taken at the time of purchase are eligible for discount.

We cannot deliver items purchased at a discount.

Any returned items must be returned within two weeks. Plant life can only be returned within 48 hours.

Special orders are final sale and cannot be discounted.

We cannot bill clients directly, only contractor/designers credit card can be used.

We do not guarantee plant life once it leaves the store.
