Flower Subscription FAQ’s

Can I stop my subscription?

Yes. You can stop at any time with no penalty unless you have signed up for the 6 month free delivery offer. This offer requires pre-payment of 6 months which cannot be canceled. Open subscriptions may cancel at any time. If there is a scheduled delivery for the week you cancel, that delivery must go ahead as scheduled but your cancellation will be reflected the following week.

Can I pause my subscription if I’m going away?

Yes. If you know you will be away for the summer or even just over the holidays, you can pause your subscription. Just let our office staff know via email nielsen@nielsensflorist.com or call 203-655-2541.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

The free delivery promotional offer is valid when you pre-pay for 6 months of deliveries. Whether you want a delivery once a week or once a month, just pre-pay for all of your scheduled deliveries and the delivery fee will be waived.  After six months, your flower subscription will auto renew for your usual delivery date with a delivery fee. This offer cannot be canceled until the six month period has finished.  

How does 25% off my first delivery work?

Once you have completed your flower subscription preferences and set up payment, we will take 25% off the amount of the first flower arrangement.
